"Wife and I have been looking for a truly authentic Italian restaurant with delicious food and home atmosphere. The wine was delicious, enjoyed a bottle of Chardonnay. Try the calamari appetizer, it is phenomenal and the best around. My wife had the filet mignon tips with mushroom and spiral pasta, and I had their clam, mussel, calamari linguine special. Can't remember the name right now. We then shared a spumoni dessert which was covered in chocolate. Everything was perfect and they were busy! The owner and server always checked on us, and the owner sung as he topped off our wine. Live band perfected the atmosphere. The whole experience was phenomenal and we will be making this our home! Thank you!"

"December 2023: Tapanade still amazing. Walked in and got a table right away but the kitchen was apparently backed up because we waited for an hour for the food. Lively place and good food. Just be prepared for it to take some time. May 2023: I enjoyed the lively atmosphere here and some of the food I'll crave. The bread was fluffy and great with the tapanade. The fried cheese was amazing. The salad not as much. The spinach ravioli had rather fibrous pieces that I didn't care for. I also had the chocolate covered cream puffs and liked the combination of flavors. The service was slow but they were really busy. Overall, it was an enjoyable Italian dining experience that I would gladly repeat, with a few minor miss hits."

"My wife and I lived in San Francisco in the past, we enjoyed some great dining experiences over the decades, Gourmet Italia delivered that experience for a special occasion dinner last night. Our server Ashley was great, she was just top notch all the way around. Made food better. We had 2 different plates, appetizer and salad along with dessert. All of them tasted great. Linguine with clams, mussels, shrimp and calamari was cooked to perfection, no overcooked shellfish at all. I had the Veal chop and it came out tender and tasty. All in all a great experience. Happy to have chosen this place and will be back."

"This is a unique restaurant in Temeculanwithh a great atmosphere. The service was great and the drinks were great as well. Appetizers were good but that's where we had an issue. Chicken Parmesan had no real flavor, and my wife's dish had to be sent back. She got the gnocchi as a replacent and was very happy with that."

"Awesome real authentic Italian restaurant! This is now one of our favorite restaurants after just one visit. They have an incredible selection of wine S well as a full bar and a limited selection of beer. The food and service was absolutely amazing. Great, homemade quality and flavor! Definitely a place to take your date to, or go for an anniversary dinner! You won’t be disappointed! Bring your appetite. You won’t leave hungry! Can’t wait to go back."
