"I went in on a Thursday at 9 pm. for a light snack and a drink since i had a flight at 6 am. the next day. I chose to sit at the bar since I felt it would be quick and the adult drinks were in its vicinity. I waited about ten minutes with no service, even though the bartender was talking about living in the Highlands to other patrons. The bartender excuse herself for not tending to me at around 5 minutes of me sitting waiting, but still, after 10 minutes, she still didn't come back around to ask for my order of food or drinks. So I got up and went back to the front door hostess and asked for a table since I was not going to get any service at the bar. I got a little better service at the floor seating area. I dont know why I felt unwelcomed but the waitress did her best in providing service on the floor. I counted only 15 tables filled on the floor. It was mildly busy but not enough to warrant slow service. The food was good, but the service needs work, so a customer feels like a regular. Lastly, only certain drinks are available during happy hours when those drinks use the same liquor as the ones not available during happy hour."

"Waitress was fantastic! A think Black lady sorry forgot her name, but she was awesome! Food steak was tough I'm losing hope on any restaurant that has steak. I asked for Medium rare, and got more rare. Green beans, mashed potatoes were really good. Atmosphere normal atmosphere. Oh the chicken wings were really good. I'd go back for the awesome waitress"

"Conveniently located near the 15 FWY off Limonite Ave. exit in the Target Shopping center with plenty of parking. I met my friend here for happy hour (3-6pm) for appetizers and drinks, everything tasted delicious. The restaurant is clean and organized. Service was efficient and welcoming. Shout out to our server Miguel who was extremely attentive, making sure we were good the entire time and didn't rush us at all. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this Applebee's and will definitely return."
