"I got take out. I ordered two pizzas. I ended up getting the wrong pizza. which was in the beginning very upsetting but hey I thought it’s a mistake i’m not allergic to anything no reason to throw a fit. I was eating the pizza that I got wrong when I looked down, and to my horror I saw what looked like a hair. I was hoping it’d be some type of herb or spice. But no, it indeed was a hair. There’s nothing more unappetizing than seeing a hair in your food. Night ruined and I’m disgusted. I understand if a customer an unreasonably rude so you ruin their food. But I was nice to each employee. I spoke in a good tone and didn’t do anything to be targeted like this. MAKE UR EMPLOYEES WEAR HAIR NETS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I don’t care if u don't like the look of it. Wear the god damn hair net. it’s disgusting and distasteful what happened. I’m very upset. Even getting my money back doesn’t make me feel better. I still could’ve ate it and possible maybe ate another hair that u didn’t notice."

"Ordered the BFF bundle to share, mine was missing pepperoni and ground beef but at least I got a little bit of everything else. Others look fine. The only thing is that I thought I was getting two drinks because I had to pick two options but I guess we can share since we are Bffs."

"This is not the first time we've come and gotten burnt pizza. I've written a letter complaining, they don't care and we've mentioned it to blaze in person, they just say sorry. Edit: came again March 30, 2019. The employees working at night were super friendly. I asked them not to burn it, it was perfect. The guy working the oven said he doesn't burn pizzas. Much better experience!"
