"As a 3rd party delivery driver, just about every time I pick up orders from here it's always running late. Here now and I was on time. Told it was gonna take another 15 minutes. I saw alot of order receipts hanging. You guys need to figure out a way to get orders out faster or even a faster system. I believe these are franchised owned. Corporate needs to know the situation to somehow, someway make changes to speed up the orders."

Ordered rose rice cake without cheese, they even write my order on the lid, but still I got the spicy one with cheese. I love their chicken wings, but the rice cake but I didn’t get what I order."

"Great chicken!! Please be aware that 3 times they they have unfortunately cut up chicken breast and rib bone parts, then battered it up to look a drumstick or a substantial part of meat. Customers want their money’s worth. The chicken is a bit expensive for that type of subterfuge or was it intended to be that way? No one wants that part. It really is just batter on rib bones. Friendly customer service though. ——— 3rd time this happened-latest review. The problem is worse. No chicken in the chicken. Too many bones."
