"I was dining alone at the Newport Beach location, and it took 20 minutes for the trainee waitress to take my drink order. Another 10 minutes to get my salad. When my main food arrived, it was cold. I didn't complain because it took so long to get. It took almost an hour and a half for dinner."

"The service and the atmosphere were fine. The soup and the bread were tasty. The main course was not good at all. I ordered Angel hair pasta with meatballs, and sausage. The sauce was not edible the photo you see is the amount of food. I left on my plate. Good service and a nice atmosphere are fine but the reason I go out to a restaurant is to eat and the main course here we’re not edible. I’m sorry I know there are a lot of people who like this place however, I am not one of them. The interesting thing to me was that when they cleared the table and brought the bill out, no one even asked me how the meal was or seemed concerned about the fact that there was an entire plate full of food and I didn’t even want a to go carton for."

"This was very good! Food was well prepared and wait staff was friendly! The inside is quirky and different. I had the Cesar salad and it was good. The homemade pesto ranch was excellent. Pasta was wonderful as well!"

"Was amazed by its interior design upon entering the restaurant, the wooden structure decorated with scarlet paintings, elegant somehow classic. The train box, the penthouse seats, and the bar, visually everything is perfect, but just not their food. Asked for “al dente", they said ok; but basically they overcooked and served it, and claimed that "sorry, it's a factory you know" So in the end, it's a restaurant that cooks plain pasta like a factory, and serve you with the sauce on top, for you to stir."
