"I've eaten here many times and always enjoy it. However, there's some foods here I don't particularly care for, but that's preference. They have really amazing service here as well as valet, although you can self park in the available mini underground garage they have. This place is really great for date nights, night outs with friends and celebrations."

"This is my second visit. The ceviche is a little bit different style but still really good - just less acid taste. We love the overall experience to be here. The bread is good. The oysters are fresh. The waiters are all dressing up with their uniforms and very kind."

"Water grill is one of my favorite spots to go to in Costa Mesa. Located across south coast plaza on Bristol. If arriving to your reservation after 4pm they only offer valet for 8$. This time the hostess did make us wait for about 10 minutes before seating us, which is a bit of an inconvenience when you have 3 kids under 6 years old. Our server, Sam (Samantha) was very good and explained all the questions we had regarding the menu. She was very friendly with my kids and very accommodating for their needs. She was very prompt with our food and drinks and noticed my mother in law didn’t like her meal and she took care of that, which was really nice of her. Overall great restaurant and will obviously return!"

"Celebrated our wedding anniversary at Water Grill for lunch. The seafood restaurant is very lovely, sophisticated, beautiful decor and cozy ambiance though the restaurantis large. They have a large Oyster Bar, cocktail bar, lounge area, large dining area and private dining rooms for parties. The interior is open to the outside with great interior spaces. The menu is extensive with a variety of selections to choose from. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered some cocktails, the half dozen Oyster Sampler, the wedge salad and the shrimp scampi. The food was delightful with local ingredients. For our anniversary, our server gave us a deep dish cookie which is their signature dessert. It was tasty eating 3 variety of cookie flavors. We would definitely come back again."
