"We were craving the mini tacos so we dined in at this location which may be in La Habra. It wasn’t crowded on a Tuesday in the late morning around 11:00 but did get more sun crowded as it got closer to 12:00. Placing our order went pretty quick but the staff member got distracted by a complaining drive thru customer who came in that I had to remind him about finishing our order. The drink machine wasn’t on so the staff had to get customers their drinks from behind the counter. Once we got our order, the tacos hit the spot and we enjoyed the food."
"I've eaten here several times. It's always clean and quiet when I come. The staff is friendly and efficient. Great place for a quick snack."
"The young girl with the red hair at the drive thru giving attitude for no reason shouldn’t be working there if she hates it so much. Do both of us a favor and quit. Cynthia is her name. Rude and low class behavior. Food was cold."
"This is the worst jack In the box I've ever been to. Ordered a large coffee. They give me a small. I tell them I ordered a large so he takes it back fills it the complete rim. I open it in the car and it spills over. After I asked for 6 cream. Where am I supposed to put the cream?? Thankfully the coffee was ice cold or I could've burned myself. Thankfully I was still in pajamas and didn't ruin my nice clothes. The breakfast jack wasn't any better. Probably been sitting for 2 hours next to the cold hash brown. Save yourself the money and drive to one down the street. Way better service. Please train your staff to at least have common sense. Its not that difficult."
"Terrible the hamburgers were nothing like the picture advertised As an update I was contacted by Jack in the Box.....they expressed their apologies and wanted to make this right.....and asked for more information from me. I complied..and that was the last I heard from them....again very disappointing to me....I have not been back to any jack in the box since...."
