"Terrible staff! By far the worst! I placed my order online and waited for over 15 minutes while they marked it as complete. I asked several times where .y meal is a d they said they are still working on it when they already marked it as complete! To top it off, a family comes in and orders a big order and they get their order first! After a couple minutes I get mine and it's effing cold! These people are disgusting!"
"I thought the saying is they don’t make it till you order it. My burger was soggy and the bun was flat. Did not taste any better but it was late and I tried to not post this but oh well. I was not satisfied."

"Pretty good service even though the prices have gone through the roof. Don't like the fact they charge for ranch dressing. Some people prefer ranch over ketchup and should be able to pick one free of charge because you ordered food from there. Mcdonalds, burger king, etc. These places don't charge for sauce."
"The Box's food has been and always will be fantastic. The staff is nice and the store is usually pretty clean. 1 negative that I have is this last time I went this store it was raining for quite a while. I ordered my normal, which is the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, Seasoned Curly Fries, and a small soda. The only disappointment that I had was the restrooms were closed and taped off. I'll definitely will return soon."
