"Since day one, I've been a faithful patron of this establishment – literally! While the food continues to delight my taste buds, I can't help but wish for slightly more generous portions. Nonetheless, this place holds a special spot in my family's heart, serving as a cherished staple. Whenever I'm back home on the west coast, you can bet I'll be returning without hesitation."
"This has been one of our favorite places for take out Mexican food for years. We found this gem when we moved to the South Bay in 2011. In the last couple of years, prices have increased quite a bit (like most other places). We hadn't been for a while but dropped by to grab some food tonight. Burritos were over $9.00 - I always add lettuce, for an extra charge... Just came home and there was no lettuce in my burrito and hardly any chicken in my green chicken burrito... Was disappointed that the quality didn't seem to stay the same as prices increased. Hoping we caught them on an off night. The location on Crenshaw was closest to us, but since it's closed we went to Western location and it's too far to drive back for lettuce. First world problems, I know."
"The food has always been great. Super flavorful and delicious. I get the red sauce chicken enchilada plate with everything on it. The price was a little higher than it used to be. Everything has gone up at least $2-$4 in price since the pandemic. The enchilada plate is $15.50 it used to be around $12 in 2021. The portions have gotten A LOT smaller too. Overall, it's a community staple that I've been going to since a child; that hasn't let up in flavor or service."
"Ramona's is an LA institution. In 30 years the quality amd taste of the food has remained top notch, everything is good, absolutely everything. My favorite is the beef and potato burrito. Long live Ramona's."
