"I am a regular customer here. Ive got very bad customer service all the time. Only reason I am giving a 5star this time is because today Jasmin from fragance dep helped me. Came in to buy my new BabyblissPro and this is so far the best customer service I have received! Again I will repeat, 5star only because she was very polite, patient and offered me many options on items I was asking. I will definetly come back and ask for her everytime I come in! Thank you Jasmin for your help today girl!"

"I made a return and did not get my full money back. When I asked to undo the return so I could just keep the product rather than getting half my money back, they said they couldn't because I paid with my VISA debit card. I then asked if I could just get store credit at the very least. nope. The manager Juliana was VERY unhelpful and she did not seem to care. Horrible management. I feel robbed. When I said I felt like they stole my money, she nodded and agreed. What horrible customer service. Makeup is expensive."

"Not a great experience here. The store is cluttered and not organized In a way that’s easy for customers to locate products. There was only one cashier working with a line of 9 people. And quit asking for my phone number and email. I should not be required to give up my personal information to purchase an item. Poor business practice Ulta and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."

"Excellent customer service. Needed help with color matching and the young lady who helped me did not rush me at all and stopped what she was doing just to help me out!! She was very kind and even went to the back to look for a product for me. Thank you so much to the girl who helped me!!! you saved me lol"

"It is located in the very nice community where there are different kinds of Foods restaurants coffee fitness, when you go to this place you always wanna buy something to use not just to eat. so this shop is a good choice in Santa Barbara. They have a great number of different kinds of cosmetics, you can get almost everything you need and different brands, different types, different prices, the only thing is they don’t have enough workers there. I cannot ask questions sometimes when I cannot find the label of the price and for some products they don’t have a test and for some products are lack of storage. I think all because of the lack of the workers there. and they say when it’s my birthday I can get a gift but unfortunately It’s past my birthday and they still didn’t give me anything even not the email, a little bit disappointed but it’s fine. They have a good service that you can order from the shop and they will ship it to your location if its not available in the shop , so recommended!"
