"this taco bell is awful solely because of the staff- we’ve gone for years and have had numerous incidents with them. they usually just sit around and sometimes have laughed at us, the atmosphere is super weird. i’ve ordered vegan labeled food for it to have beef, and tonight my regular drink came in a half full small cup and it was the wrong drink??? there was also a literal marker cap in the quesadilla. no idea what’s going on at this place"
"Quite easily...without competition, the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. As a former Taco Bell employee, the speed at which this crew was moving, would have gotten me fired. There is NO drive-thru and I still waited for 20 minutes to receive 1 burrito. There were 4 orders in front of mine, one of which was a taco and a cinnamon twist, one other of which was 2 Spicy potato soft tacos. AND IT TOOK 20 MINITES TO GET MY ORDER! I will say, once I was given the food, it was made correctly and tasted both good and hot -- but they HAVE to speed it up in there. It was wild to see it take literally a minute to put a lid on a Nacho Supreme container (and it wasn't because they were struggling to get it to fit.) Anyway, go for the food, not the speed of service."
"This is the first time I've had Taco Bell in 20 years. I used to eat it all the time in College. I think it's a lot better now. It seems fresher and better tasting. Service was good."
