"A year ago I called one of the firms that advertise on tv all the time. The fan in my condenser was making noise. They came out and recommended replacement of the condenser and the heater. I called maximum comfort for a second opinion. They said both appliances were old but could last years. No guarantees but suggested not replacing the systems. Here we are a year later and the heater stopped working after SDG&E shut off power for the day. Maximum Comfort came out, got it working, said there were a couple of components showing signs of wear, but it could still last a long time. I really appreciate the recommendations to postpone replacement as long as the system has a reasonable chance of lasting several years. They are my go too for all things heating and cooling. I’d recommend them to everyone."
"I have the biannual prepaid service for air conditioning and heating. It is convenient because I get a call to schedule service. They have provided excellent service for many years. The service person always explains what was done and what needs to be done. It is good that all is in working order for the season change. Highly recommend."

Laura made sure we got booked on a schedule that was good for us. Josh and his guys were professional and considerate, going out of their way to make sure things were done right. Even though our house was kinda tricky in spots, they got the job done as promised. We’ve had our system two weeks now, we love it! We don’t know it’s 102° Til we go outside, it’s nice and cool in here and we’ve got the thermostat at 77°!"
