"Came here to grab a drink with some friends while we waited for a dinner reservation - had 15-20 mins to kill. This place used to be so much better in the past. It's now a restaurant too. Bartender looked annoyed to be serving us, - maybe he had a bad night. The greeter was really nice, though."

"The Maverick Saloon was awesome! I went to see the comedy show and despite other people not laughing as much, I had a great time. The bartender was just as funny as the comics and the tri tip sammich was delicious. This was a great getaway from Solvang and the casino. There's so much more to do in Santa Ynez."

"We recently had a private dance lesson and dinner for a large group at Maverick Saloon and we all had the best time! The service we had both during the dance lesson as well as the dinner wasn't just great, it was phenomenal. The care that the event staff and waitress gave to our group was amazing, the bartenders were incredible and the food was great. All in all, we had an amazing experience and I look forward to hosting another event there in the future."
