"I ordered large fries on the app and the order went to my last location . When I got to the McDonald’s on scripps I told the girl what had happened and that the app wouldn’t let me reorder them she said she was gonna talk to the manager the manger came up and talked to her in Spanish , he must of thought I didn’t speak Spanish and started making fun of me and laughing saying too bad in Spanish .. Super un professional . Thanks for your help"

"When their app didn’t work, “manager” Alejandra accused me of cheating to get free Medium fries. Really??? I gave them the code and as soon as I gave it to them, it disappeared but when I drove up to pay for my meals, the cashier was nice and respectful. However, the manager told me “next time, use a valid code”. I was beyond shocked to be treated with such disrespect by a “manager”. With customer service like that, I’ll choose another place when I’m in the mood for fast food."
