"I got there during business hours (10 minutes before they were supposed to close) and they were already closed and doors were locked even though there was an open sign. Tried knocking and the associates ignored. Just update your hours so people don’t drive over for nothing."

"The Grand Opening was a little bit chaotic because people were cutting in line to be in the first 100, people were letting their friends of 4-8 people join late, and having their 6 month old babies count (even though they can't drink boba or use the glass bottle, lol), but in the end the tea was really good and the owner was very nice. I waited in line for about 3 hours to get my tea, but it was very good, and there were still seats inside! I will definitely be back! They have free wifi, too."
