"It 10:16 pm....and I've been waiting for over an hour just in the drive thru before paying...receiving my food ...and when I tried putting in my order, the young man cashier was so rude..trying to tell my code from app and sure he didn't add in because I never got points. Just used order number for 29cent extra burger...for having two lanes and multiple places to pull in front and wait for orders wasn't used...the employees didn't know order or get food right and after waiting over hour..almost two hours food wasn't right....says 24 hours but rushed everyone in drive thru ....saying closing at 12...pm...need more reliable employees at night more time efficient and better service and food quality...my children live off McDonald's since autistic and have food preferences!!! But this location is a hit or miss...please change staff!!! I ordered two quarter pounders.two big macs.two mcdoubles.two large fries.mcchicken with cheese and bacon.and two drinks...NO PICKLES!!! Said multiple times I'm allergic! And I received three mcdoubles.one quarter pounder. Two big macs.and chicken nugget 10 piece..ALL had 4 pickles!!! At least. So had I not checked while in drive thru..and ate I'd probably be dead. I order McDonald's daily in one fashion or another...but having to wait another hour for meal to be made again, I won't be returning to this location!!!! I never got my receipt back after they messed up my order twice...tried giving me a coffee drink I never ordered and said it was in place of another coffee drink because they didn't have the one "I ordered". When I never ordered coffee..my fries were super cold to not have been made over again..and burgers still didn't have add ons I asked for several times!!!! I'm still waiting for food ...because I was only one asked to pull to front! And sat there at least extra hour like I was forgotten but drive thru was wrapped around location...corporate! Please contact me! This was worst interaction I've had with McDonald's!!!!"

"STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, just ordered a Double Big Mac and some fries tonight, and once I got home after eating salty icicles i immediately discovered the lettuce was rotten and shriveled on the burger if you could even call it that, and the patties looked like they were made of rubber and probably dropped on the floor as the people who work there truly could not care less. This is what their manager and employees take pride in? This is disgusting, I got food poisoning just looking at this. Do better, this is horrible and disrespectful."

"My granddaughter was hungry on our drive home and I know McDonald's has happy meals that fit the need. Chicken nuggets are her staple food these days. She can have milk, apples, chicken in her happy meal, and a toy. She was a happy camper. Happy kid equals happy grandparent! (It would be nice if they had an indoor play area.)"

"Came here as it states 24 hour but drive thru is closed at 2:45am. Sign on door states they close at 3am. Guess someone wanted to close early and not adhere to their own business hours. Won't be coming back. Do not recommend."

"We ordered inside since the drive thru line was so long. We ended up waiting way longer than if we would of just went through the drive thru. We spent $30 and some change for breakfast that we ordered through the kiosk. We weren't greeted when we entered the location. After about 20 minutes our order was called. The cashier just left the food on the counter and walked away. My husband stood there for a few minutes so he can could ask for condiments. He had to say excuse me to get their attention. Once we got our condiments we went to the car and began to unpack our items. We were only given one fork when we ordered two platters, a sandwich combo and the two breakfast sandwiches they have on special. So my child was left to eat with his fingers!"
