"No complaints about the food. Management pls see this review , is not right to let customer just stand there and say nothing!! Restaurant got upgraded and if only taking kiosk order its fine ! But let people know!!! We the customer just stand there and workers see us , and just passed by and don't say nothing when they know we are in line waiting to place and order. If don't want to pay an actual person to place orders at the counter thats fine ! But put a sign or let customer know right away to place order at kios because as customer our time and money has value too !"
"always Having to pull forward in the drive thru to wait for drinks isn't good. my truck doesn't fit in the little spot provided to wait, then I end up.blocking other customers."
"Waited 30 mins to get our fast food because they only had 2 workers during a breakfast/lunch rush. Staff more people who can help speed up service AND clean the place up"
"This was the first time I've been INSIDE a McDonald's in years. Self order kiosks, no soda fountain and you have to be buzzed into the restroom. I had two five year olds in tow and wanted a McDonald's with a Play Place but after five different McD's, I gave up trying to find one open, post pandemic. This outlet in Colton had the entry door stuck open. With mildly cold weather and an air door blowing, it was very cold inside. No matter...the kids still loved it!"
"I was given re-cooked fries the wrong burger I ordered and the Fanta soda tasted bad. I had to wait over 10 minutes again to bring back the food. This is the worse experience at this McDonald's location, I recommend NOT to visit this location after 9pm."
