"Unable to even buy what I came for this afternoon. Two unqualified employees were "working" behind the counter, and holding everyone up. Nobody's drink was being made, and no sales were going through, cause the one girl couldn't seem to work the cash register. What's worse, is the girl in charge of her, didn't seem to know how to offer the customer her discounted merchandise. At no time did the woman in charge offer any assurance to the rest of us standing around. She just kept dithering around, so I finally left as I wasn't going to blow my lunch break waiting on this"
"Fantastic coffee.. better than Starbucks.. ordered a caramel latte and hazelnut latte. Came quickly.. it was perfect not too sweet or lacking Sweetness."
"Usually would stop here because it's close to work but won't be doing it again. Girl taking order is rude! Placed a simple 1 item order but she couldn't get it right. Gets mad at me because I can't hear what she says due to the giant mask covering her face. Literally the only person there when I arrived and they still took 15 minutes to make me the wrong order. And I'm suppose to tip after that shiiii!"
"I know, it's just The Coffee Bean. Wrong, it's better than the Star people. As a plant based family, we always do our due diligence in finding out who has options that cater to Vegans. Though only a few are available here, they go out of their way to make you the best damn Hot Oatmilk Latte with 2 raw sugars you've ever had.... Special shout out to Melissa here at Fullerton. She secured my request for the best darn Vegan Banana Walnut Loaf you've ever had..... thanks"
"Nice location but no drive thru. They were a bit slow although they were not that busy. My drink came out right and I did get service with a smile. Parking is a bit of an inconvenience as well. I do recommend this location if you don't mind the walk."
