"My first time at Obsidian Barber & beauti salon, and I must say that I've enjoyed the shop very much. It has a welcoming vibe. It reminds me of a barber that I went to when I was a kid in Old Newcastle. Danny the barber and owner was very talented with his craft. My hair cut was satisfying and looks great. Probably the best hair cut that I have had in years. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Knoxville or passing through. I wish had a barber like Obsidian at home in Newark Delaware. Please stop by and check Obsidian out if you need a great hair cut and experience. Sorry my photo of the place isn't great."

"I took my sons here to get a hair cut and the man did not listen to my son and cut his hair when he clearly said he wanted to keep the top long.They also cut it in different uneven lengths. My other son got his haircut and they cut his facial hair and left his neck super red and irritated.He said it is super sore.I don't recommend this place at all and will never go back.I was also told it would be $15 and they gave me back less than what I was supposed to get.All around it was a horrible experience."
