"I like to stop at Eddie Bauer Outlet when passing through Gilroy. Unfortunately this time I left my purchase at the Skecher's Outlet and was almost three hours down the road before I realized. Luckily, two Outlet employees came to my rescue. Oliver, who works at Skechers, brought my bag to Abel, who works at Eddie Bauer. Abel returned my shirt and called me back to notify me when he did. I think he is a manager, but he should give himself employee of the month. I definitely recommend Eddie Bauer Outlet in Gilroy. Ask for Abel."

"I’d give them lower than one if possible. the employees (all except one) were very rude and worse didn’t know the prices of their own merchandise and then the manager women named Veronica insulted me and told me I had a bad attitude. Even though she was trying ACTIVELY to rip me off. I will be trying to report them to corporate."
