Despite the potential challenges involved, Justin went above and beyond to help me retrieve the receipt, demonstrating patience and professionalism every step of the way. His willingness to assist, coupled with his positive attitude, made the entire process effortless and stress-free. However, the true hero of the day was Julio, the manager, whose perseverance and determination ultimately secured the old receipt for me. Despite facing obstacles along the way, Julio remained unwavering in his commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. "I’ve been ordering from this location for over 2 years now. Many times I go in or sometimes I order online. Today I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of quepapas. The pizza we received was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s never been this bad so I don’t know what changed there or what went wrong but my pizza was very hard to bite. The stuffed crust kept coming apart from the rest of the pizza and my toppings kept falling off. It’s not edible at all. The bottom of the pizza wad hard in some spots and some felt rubbery. While eating the stuffed crust it felt crunchy. I won’t be ordering here anymore if this is what it’s come to."
