"There is a lady that was working on 1/3/24 asking 5pm that at first may have just forgotten to give the total price of the food ordered but, over the phone when we asked what's the total, because she was going to hang up, she said well what did it say. As if I can see it somewhere. And have an attitude after and just said yup and hung up. We haven't are papajohns in years and was excited to try it until now. We called and canceled and will try a different location."

"Half way through my pizza I decided to post a review I'm hopes they read this to better their service This was my second time ordering from this location and might be my last. The first time I ordered my pizza looked like it was sitting out. Not fresh at all. Today i ordered two pizzas. The works which turned out great but my second pizza was the Hawaiian bbq and it was missing pineapple. I was super annoyed because that's the main ingredient to me in Hawaiian pizza plus my toddler is a picky eater and loves pineapple. So sad to say both times I ordered and my orders were not great. I love papa John's and lived in Lakewood before which is where I would order prior but now that I moved this location is who delivers to me. Hopefully they can get better. Otherwise pizza hut it is."
