"The discount was good for popular colors like black, but otherwise can find better deals during their sales. Some sections of the store has full priced items, but the staff was helpful to find the sale versions and different sizes."

"Called about four times to finally have someone answer the phone, but they were extremely unhelpful. Told them I was looking for a few items but couldn't even get them to find the first item. I asked for a men's Synchilla jacket and they briefly put me on hold, looked and then told me to provide a UPC or an item number. I didn't have one off-handed and he didn't ask what else I was looking for. Employee wasn't interested in helping and pretty much told me they had nothing available, to just order online. He spent more time complaining about the fact they had a sale versus actually trying to help me order a few items for my mom and partner. I've dealt with these outlets before and have had only good experiences, so I was pretty surprised to be rebuffed and made to feel like a fool. I would appreciate next time to be given the time of day and not made to feel unwelcome and unwanted."

"I placed an online order and there was some issue with in-store inventory. However, Kailee was super helpful on the phone helping me locate the store that has my jacket and reserved it for me. They shipped the item quickly. Overall, this has been the best customer service I’ve experienced so far."

They helped locate a jacket of a different color that's in limited supply in another store and arranged to shipped to my home. There is a small parking lot in front of the building."
