"Bought a Noland’s t-shirt. When I went to wear it, I noticed that the stitching on the back of the collar was coming out. Took it back the following morning. The girls at the counter told me to go and get another shirt. When looked, every shirt had the same stitching issue. I then brought it to their attention and they told me I could not get my money back, I could only get a gift card. This is not ok. The tags were still on, and it was never worn. Very poor business practice. They also did not pull the other defective merchandise from the racks, even though I pointed it out to them. The problem with this practice is that most people will be back at their home towns before the defect will be seen."

"Great place to visit and shop for your loved ones...it was my daughters Birthday and they gave her a big sticker too....very reasonable prices too....most of the time store location like this one is priced high....this location is not, very competitive pricing."

"Worst customer service ever!!! No greeting when I walked in. No request to offer help and no goodbye!! And there were 3 (yes three!) attendants!! 2 were chatting to each other wheras a long dark haired female was doing inventory or something like that. Not cool. Products well displayed the only redeeming feature."

"A great place to get souvenirs on the Santa Cruz Wharf. This store is right on the wharf. There is parking right on the wharf outside the shop. Inside the store has a lot of merchandise. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly. We liked it so much we drove 50 miles to visit again and purchase another gift for our daughter. If you want souvenirs in the Santa Cruz area, this is a good place to get them."
