"First time trying the pizza and I can say it's not bad. It is a little doughy and reminds me of Costco pizza. The Ciccero's treat deal can't be beat. I bought some wings as well and not the traditional saucy wings the flavor is all in the breading which makes it enjoyable and the wings do have meat on them. I will be coming back again to try other pizzas and pasta they have on the menu."
"Abysmal people skills from the owner. Whomever he is needs to learn how to speak to people. He had made a mistake in not having accepted the order on his end and when we called to find our order after it was 30 minutes late, he doubled down that it was our fault and that we should have ordered earlier? I had ordered 90 minutes earlier! Instead of trying to find out where things had gone wrong, kept yelling at me that he 'did not follow his drivers around'. Considering how many places there are to order from for lunch, he needs to either allow someone else to handle the phones or take some anger management classes."
