"I don’t eat chicken Parmesan sandwiches often but when I do, I figured any decent pizza shop or Italian restaurant would know how to make a proper one without having to ask how they prepare the chicken. Don’t expect to get that here. They should change the menu description to a “grilled chicken sandwich with marinara sauce”. Breading the chicken on a chicken Parmesan sandwiches is Italian food 101. The gave me a sandwich with diced up grilled chicken, zero breading in the meat. Pretty disappointed in the experience."

"Called in our order about 20 minutes prior for dine in. Food was ready when we arrived. Very tasty. The only thing is the fried zucchini had little flavor and the breading was powdery."

"The inside is better than the outside. Nice pizza parlor, clean, employees seem nice and happy to work there. I tried a small 2 topping, pepperoni and jalapenos pizza. So good! The crust is good if you like it plain with a small crunch outside and soft inside. I would prefer a little more garlic butter on the edges. Good amount of cheese, good amount of toppings. Would go again."

"I found this place in San Pedro. I was actually going next door to the Mexican food restaurant but it was closed that day. I am glad Big Nick's Pizza was open! We walked in and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The ambiance was nice. Not what you'd expect from their little strip row of shops location. It was nicely built out and had great decor. It has two sides to it. One side is where you place your order/kitchen and the other side is a cozy dinning room with a bar. Wood paneled ceilings and walls with dark rich stained wood. Beautiful stacked stone adorned the top section of the walls from the wall panels up to the ceiling. Nice lighting, it wasn't too dark that you couldn't see but dim enough to feel relaxed. looked like a great place to eat, relax have drink and mabye catch a game on one of the many TV screens. Clean restrooms too. While we were waiting for our food, we kept seeing dishes of great looking pastas being served to other patrons. My wife and I went for a light lunch. We both had a slice of pizza and we shared a Greek salad. The pizza was fantastic. It came out hot to the table by the server. The crust was great the toppings were plentiful with just the right amount of cheese. Perfect. I had sausage and pepperoni, my wife had mushrooms and black olives. Both taste and texture were outstanding. The Greek salad was unique. All vegetables. No lettuce or any leafy greens. It had tomatoes, bellpeper, onion, cucumber, kalamalta olives, pepperchinni peppers and feta chesse. Balsamic dressing was the perfect dressing too. Everything looked, smelled and tasted delicious! Washed it down with an old fashioned creme soda. What a surprise as we are not local to San Pedro but do visit friends there. If you are anywhere near San Pedro, do yourself a favor and eat here. You won't be disappointed. Great friendly service, great food and great place to sit and enjoy it all.
