"If you are a Veteran DO NOT go here! Staff were rude, disrespectful and REFUSED to cut the hair of a disabled veteran. The ENTIRE staff should be ashamed for the way they treated this veteran who sacrificed his body for our country. No decency, just utter ignorant garbage behavior from so called ‘professionals’."
"Good haircut, place was clean and people were nice. Not sure how people justify paying $25-$35 for a haircut but the place does a really good business so good for them."
"Checked-in online right after 11am opening on Sunday. Wait time showed 54 minutes with a recommended arrival time of 12:00. When I showed up and signed in at 11:50 it still said 40 minute wait. 5 people were waiting in the chairs as we watched 2 of the 3 stylists disappear to the back. After about 10 minutes one guy got up and walked out. After 15 minutes they hadn’t come back and I saw my wait time go up to 42 minutes. I cancelled my check-in and left. I’ve never seen anything like that before at a Sports Clips and assume there must not be any management working on Sundays. I’ll choose a different location in the future."
"I have been going to sports clips for a couple years but today ends that. I walked in hoping that there was an opening between online check in people. When i got to the store there was 1 of 3 chairs filled and no one else waiting. They told me it would be a 3 hr wait. There were 2 workers not cutting anyone and they would rather talk to each other than give a haircut. Never going here again, absolutely unacceptable."
"I have been a Sport Clips customer for 10 YEARS! Recently, the Cool Springs location has been my go-to for my way-too-gray hair maintenance! Lol. Crystal has been my stylist the last few visits. We always have great conversation, and she has taken the time to get to know me as a customer. I really appreciate that. Oh, let's not forget that I need to mention that she is a GREAT stylist. Keep up the good work! I look forward to my next visit."
