"My daughter had one on one service during her 1st visit and Ms.Yuberky was gentle with my daughter's tangles. We will definitely be back. My daughter is very tender headed and she survived without kicking and screaming. I'm so pleased with our service we received. The pictures are only for the wash, detangle and blow out. Due to personal reasons we didn't get trimmed and curled but we will next visit."

"Very unprofessional with poor customer service. Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare, had to call multiple times to get the stylist to commit to a time and date. Later when I arrived at the salon the stylist was nowhere to be found, in spite of my constant texting and calling. Waited 45 minutes before I left. There are plenty of African-American hair salons in Nashville that can handle natural hair and or relaxed hair with the same results and much better service and professionalism."
