"I am so upset and disappointed but mostly upset because I paid 3k for my reception gown. These girls are a rip off. They do not care about customers service and whether their customers are happy or not. I literally left the store in tears and Avneet saw how upset I was but it did not matter because they already got paid. And, on top of that, Avneet said I lost half an inch around my breast area and that’s why the shoulder pieces were not staying???? What, lol. When in fact their Tailor did not add enough fabric. I honestly will never buy from these two ladies nor will I ever recommend them. For someone who gave 3k for a gown and now literally has to shop for something else in a two week span is ridiculous. I was very excited to have a piece made by them but after seeing it’s all about money for them, I will not. My sister and I went in twice, once to get beginnings measurements and then a second time for final measurements. Navjit was so nice and thorough. She took great details as to what I wanted and what my vision was. Their tailor ruined my dress by cutting my neck area too wide and then Avneet had the audacity to say it is because I lost a pound or two. Again, I know they make gorgeous pieces and I am sure so many are happy with their outfits BUT I am just disappointed how they screwed me."
