"The service there was terrible. I was there for 5 minutes looking for a few dress clothes. This manager racially discriminated against me. I was trying to find Dress pants. And she came up to me and asked me for the belt I had picked out. Then told me to leave and I am not welcome. Then when I asked her what's going on? She just walked away while screaming. You are not welcome leave over and over down the store. Never going to a ross again."

"Worst experience. I bought couple of items worth $200. Person at counter forgot to unlock my alarm and i lost my receipt. I went back to store to unlock it. They refused to unlock it without receipt. Even manager doesnt know what are alternate options to solve this issue and asked me to leave the store. I had to suggest him the alternate ways to check the transaction with the same card i used and verify the purchase. Then they realized their mistake and removed alarm. Worst customer experience. Worst management."

"Ross is the best cheapest place to get brand names on discount especially on Senior Tuesday 10% off. Christmas ⛄ decorations are already on display in November for early holiday shoppers. This is a family type of store with clothing for adults and children, jewelry, household furniture and accessories, holiday decor, toys, and a variety of snacks. It lives up to its slogan 'dress for less' and in many other things."

"The Indian lady at the self check out sent security to watch me because I denied help from her. She was very rude and nasty towards others over there, so of course I don’t want that energy around me. I heard her saying to the security “check her to see what she does”. All because I denied her help. She said that to him twice. That lady made me feel as though I was a thief. I paid for my items and gave the guy my receipt and had me standing there for 5 minutes going through each (6) of my items and checking bar codes as if i was stealing. I will never be back at this location. The people at the Jarvis location are way more friendly and welcoming and the location is cleaner and more organized."
