"This is an older Macy’s located in the Newark neighborhood of the East Bay. The staff were nice, but the selection is limited. Sadly, the parking lot was quite empty and there was not a lot of foot-traffic at the store that day."

"I visited the Macy's in New Park Mall to purchase shoes. A quick walk through and it was clean, neat and quiet. No clothes all over the floor, and everything in it's place. This location is immaculate compared to the Eastridge location which is a horrible mess!"

"Visited to make an exchange, but they have such a small men's section. Most items were on sale, and they didn't have the jacket I was looking for. Ended up doing a return for store credit. The lady was super helpful because the returned item was a gift, and it had no tag. I only had the order number for the gift that was purchased online. I was able to order the jacket online using the store credit. No issues."
