"An associate refused to help me find a price on a heavy item. No explanation given, just that I had to bring it to the front. Would like a clarification on this policy. They also reprimanded another associate for leaving a door open to customers wanting to ask questions. Apparently you are not meant to buy stuff here, so don't bother. Do not recommend after this negative experience."

"The store is clean and tidy. The store is also normally half empty of products. Not a lot of any one thing and don't usually get much that would be considered "better" brands by Ross standards. That being said, if you are in the neighborhood stop in. You never know when you'll find a treasure."

But I do tend to catch on to that ideal that the prices are a little bit higher. There's not as much selection here as others Ross's, though."
