"Bought a dress Last. Was the last customer , not sure why they didnt tell me no refunds or exchange due to Covid. Didnt think much of it as i walked out since they didnt tell me. I came to exchange but they said no that theres a stamp. As a courtesy you should tell customers due to Covid there are no returns at all accepted. Dress was like 30$ and now im stuck with it. If they were trained to let customers know their reciept is stamped and no returns accepted you would avoid upsetting customers. UPDATE Concord Store kristy was kind enough to help me answer my questions. Told me Antioch customers had complained about not being told anything and getting their receipt stamped to final sales and they kindly gave me store credit which i was happy to accept. Happy Customer thanks to Employee Kristy from Concord!!!"
