"I made a drive up order at noon. I went to the store at 3 thinking my order would be ready. I first went to best buy I even called to check on my order the lady said they were 2 hours behind. I went inside target its now 4 I asked to speak to a manager. The lady I talked to said she was a supervisor ant that my order might not even be ready today. She offered me a ten dollar gift card for the trouble. I'm also handicapped. She got a new person to help me grab my item I basically did it all myself. It's only supposed to take 2 hours. There excuse is it's super bowl weekend. Super bowl was Sunday its Wednesday terrible target terrible customer service update I'm home now its 5 pm and the app is telling me my order is ready and I'm currently unable to cancel it"

"Place order hour later when to the store. Show the target employee my code bar she Scan call someone in the back told them the number read off the number. Next l got okay they had my items two min later. Employee call my name hand me my package. Told her thank you she you welcome. Walk out the store to my car, and left the parking lot when home fast service enjoy it. No wait in long line great job,"

"Bathroom is GROOOOOSSSSS!! EXTREMELY disgusting. Target is too big of a brand and makes way too much money for the bathrooms to be in the condition that they were in. It smelled really horrible, as if a septic tank exploded in there. Aside from that, my shopping experience was OK. I found what I was looking for and it didn’t take very long."

"It's a store...I got 2 of the 3 things I need. But the thing is this brand tries to be a higher-end one stop shop. Yet, employees do not smile or barely greet you. There were only 3 lanes open and then self-check on Mother's Day weekend. To ask the higher-end prices, provide higher-end customer service or at least treat your workers better so customers are at least greeted/treated better."

"I made a quick stop here. I was impressed with the helpfulness of the employees in the electronics department. They took the time to answer questions and give there suggestions about streaming devices. The store was clean and bright. Two people who appeared to be managers were standing near the exit and were also helpful."
