"Received coupon mailer via USPS which clearly states "Get a FOOTLONG for $5.99" went to the Subway located at Del Monte Shopping Center and ordered a footlong roastbeef. The cashier scanned the coupon, but then proceeded to say that I owed an additional $6.54 because the footlong roastbeef was over $13.00. Greez, if I had known it was a 50% coupon, I would have gone to the restaurant in the same shopping center for a REAL roastbeef sandwich! Complained to Subway National, which sent my complaint to the owner near Santa Clara to no avail."
"Walked in around 8.20pm to probably the grumpiest employee ever. Instead of asking, he merely glared and waited for our order. After angrily preparing our subs, he refused to get any sauces since those "had already been cleared away" because he was planning to close early due to it "being a slow night." Thank God for Jack-in-the-Box so we could get some honey mustard."

"Went to get sandwiches in the morning of 7/21. An older gent and a lady were preparing sandwiches. The lady must have been having a bad start to the day; gave an attitude, rolling eyes and being rude. Felt terrible ordering food at this location."
