"I saw the product and purchased it, paid an obscure amount for delivery, just to get a scuffed disgusting fingerprinted product that wasn’t handled with care, I call they were gonna transfer me to a manager, I hear him say okay and I got hung up on, because I can’t get a refund or replacement door, because I have to take it there, how if I paid to get delivered for a reason."
"Called about 2 days ago and was told I could use a temporary print out from dmv, I remember talking to the gentleman and he promised me it was okay however that does not seem to be the case any longer as once I called today at 1100 am and spoke with gentlemen from tool and truck rental, I was denied and rude gentleman on phone made sure I understood it has to be a valid ID and needs to scan it, someone about an sop, i don't care what that is when you tell a customer it's all OK then 2 days later liecabout it and make up some story about valid tips and that it puts your ethics of the company in jeopardy I will definitely be going to Lowes for all my masonry and construction business or elsewhere this place is a joke go to another location or another store, this one is not worth your time money or the headaches."
"This is our go to construction store for all our projects around the house. We've never had an issue finding something here, and if we do the staff is always easily able to help me find the things I need (even if I don't know what that is myself lol). On top of this, as an MJC student right across the street, I make it a habit of checking out the nursery here to see the pretty plants."
"Poor customer service,.prices errantly marked and tried to overcharge for items on sale. Self checkout lanes are slow with too few stations and limited assistance. Go to Lowe's instead of this Modesto location. Other Home Depot locations are far superior."
