"Reasonably priced Vietnamese inspired chain local to the Monterey and Carmel area. The pho is reasonably priced and decent but the rice dishes are average at best. I would also skip the egg rolls (fried) as they taste like your average Chinese take out egg rolls, not Vietnamese at all."

"This is a great small cozy restaurant with reasonable price. I enjoyed the dine in and take out. Will definitely come back here again when in town. The taste was good, portion of the meal was plenty to fill your stomach, the cook was perfect, food decoration was nice, and the polite service was wonderful. We was coming late due to a long trip, the restaurant was passionate to let us in to order to go, this kindly heart that we will remember. Most of the restaurants were closed during the time we arrived there. Keep up the excellent work."
