"It’s like a running joke trying to reach someone on the phone. Indefinite, continual hold. I have to special order a Stihl Chainsaw and it can’t be done online. I tried calling 3 separate times of day and got the same level of zero service. You leave me no choice but to choose another store. Kinda sad really to lose neighborhood business but this is the state of the Bay Area businesses these days.**Update. Was able to reach a competitor in nearby Campbell to buy my product***."

"Happy ACE is back, with new owners. Substantial investments in the building will hopefully yield great results. The ACE has a lot of new brands and unique touches, unlike typical HD or Lowe’s. Personal service exudes here, they even have Walnut slabs, random but awesome. The new store layout is well organized. I expect to support this location for many more years as my neighborhood hardware store."
