"I was 30 minutes late to picking up my food on a Friday afternoon, and it was still was amazing! The meat and rice was fresh, the quality for the price was excellent. Got the Philly Roll & Las Vegas Roll. Traditional Philly Roll was so tender. Las Vegas roll was a very tasty tempura deep fried roll. Both salmon based."

"I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the food due to how low the prices are ( especially in this economy) but to my surprise, the quality was great! A bargain for the portions as well. Anyone complaining about the portion sizes is most likely not a sensible eater because that is absolutely not an issue. And people complaining about the prices are too broke to be eating out."

"I absolutely loved this sushi restaurant. I live in the East Bay but often work in Fresno, so this has become a ritual dinner stop for me. Fish is fresh and the rolls amazing and very unique. If you haven't tried the Ichiban Maki roll, make a trip to try it. A roll with No rice. The roll has 3 types of fish inside and wrapped in a cucumber wrap! Knife skills have to be impeccable to create this roll. Just met Tony the owner recently. Such a class act and such a humble guy. If you're in the area, seek out Kimono Sushi. You won't leave hungry."

"The staff are really friendly and nice! The price is reasonable! It seems a great environment! But I only got to-go so this review focuses more on food! Some of the sashimi was not that fresh! I doubt whether they put tuna instead of salmon inside for the Alaska roll so I had to give a 3-stars review!"

"I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. We came in on a Friday night, and not long after we sat down most tables were filled up with couples and families. I had two coupons from Tracy's Book of Savings. One is "spend $30 or more and get a FREE dragon roll", and the other one is "get 3 rolls for $30 with some exclusions". We used the first one. Food: ·Heart Attack roll - miso pork belly with spicy crab, spicy salmon and deep fried asparagus and cream cheese, topped with tempura bits. This was my favorite roll!! ·Sunset roll - fried soft shell crab, asparagus and spicy tuna. Good texture, crab taste was very strong. ·Dragon roll - tempura shrimp and crab salad topped with unagi and avocado. There was a bit too much rice in the roll, but otherwise delicious. ·Uni (sea urchin) nigiri $7.95 - uni tasted fresh, sweet and smooth. It was not the best I've had, but very good nonetheless. The owner told us the uni was imported from Japan. In conclusion, food was good and service was attentive. Will definitely come back to support this small business!"
