"Second time in a row. We ordered 2 medium pizzas. 1st one. Medium original crust pepperoni. 2nd one . Medium pan crust, that wasn't pan crust like round table does it. They forgot to put fresh green onions, the dough was really bad.. I should have gone to Mountain Mike's"
"Have been a fan of this place but recently I've noticed their quality going down, now recently their customer service is tanking. Just got back from an order and had an coupon for 10 dollars off for cyber Monday, but the cashier just blanked out, said he couldn't do it because he didn't have a QR scanner and just didn't want to get anyone to help even when I asked, so I just had to settle for 5$ off. Very complacent there and honestly don't want to go back."
"Managers let their employees deal with customer complaints…. Ranch was watered down, cutting cost should not jeopardize quality in food. Do better please. Thank you."
"I wish I could give them negative points. First I had to wait to get my pizza for almost 1 hour and after waiting I got one day old reheated, burnt pizza. When I took it back with the justification they disagreed to refund me. Their food is horrible, customer service is horrible."
"I think Round Table has some really good pizza. The pizza here was good and it came out pretty quick. We usually come here for lunch and it wasn't packed. The service is good; they're pretty friendly and helpful. I think it was the manager or owner or something even went and warmed up some water for me for my daughter's bottle which was really nice. The food was good and didn't feel like they skimped on the toppings or anything. No complaints here."
