"First off, I come here too often! At least 2-3 times per week. It's that good. But, the customer service is even better. Pam, Joseph, Este, and Rob are the best. They are very friendly. The store is always clean. My family love love love the pizza. The rewards program is great as well. If you are thinking about trying it out, stop thinking, gooooo! Btw, I'm vegetarian, my husband is gluten free. They have plenty of options for both of us, and hubby raves about the cauliflower pizza. Try it"
"The pizza at mod is always great, unfortunately the service during the afternoon was really lacking. The mod by my house in the bay is always staffed with friendly employees but they seemed really tired here. They didn’t do much beyond the bare minimum of their job, and I’d have liked to see more energy coming from a customer service role."
"First of all, I just want to say thank you to the staff for being so nice to me when I drove away with my pizza on the roof of my car. I’m so tired and to be able to come back and not even have them charge me was so unbelievably nice. Second, the pizzas are always great, and they let me get super creative with toppings. The staff deserves all the recognition and a raise. Thank you guys!"
"First time there. They had a variety of toppings that looked amazing. The service was friendly. But The pizza needed to be cooked longer to melt the cheese and also cut better to separate. My pizza fell apart when trying to get one piece with half melted cheese. What a mess and hard to share a ripped and torn up pizza."
"Soft opening was fantastic! Now if you have issues or are in a bad mood don’t come here. This place is full of young adults working their butts off to make fantastic pizza. The pizza was delicious! Unlike the place that’s similar in concept the crust is actually crunchy and not soggy or oily. The atmosphere is fresh and youthful and the beer is fantastic! I had the pleasure of chatting with the staff and they were all delightful and outgoing. Best part was the service with a smile. This is the kind of pizza you can have without guilt. I had an Idea of what I wanted while looking at the menu but by the time I reached the register it had turned into my own work of art. Hands down this place is a good addition to Tracy. I saw comments like ohh no more pizza or burger.... don’t worry after you try this some of the places that shouldn’t be in business will be on their way out."
