"We were searching for a vacuum to handle our household with pets. We had several friends recommend Miele's. I had never heard if them and searched the local big box stores and found none available. Carmel vacuum showed up in the search. It was 10pm on a Friday night and I sent a message on the messenger on the web site not expecting an answer until opening on Saturday. But promptly I received a response back that they had in stock! Even better lower pricing in the store. When we arrived we found a big selection of vacuums. Tom took the time to explain all the differences. It made our decision easy and we got a great price. I love to support local businesses and this will be a store we will shop at again."
