"Web states opens at 10 am. Was there at 10 and was advised by speaker person, that they will not open til 11am due to 2 workers did not show up. Asked if anything is free when I come back and Donella (manager)said NO. What a waste of time and gas."

"I went in today with my mother and 2 kids when I tell you I got there waited for over 10 min and no service mind you we where the only ones there. Then the 2 employees started arguing over who was going to help us the young lady told the older women she wasn't going to help us because she had to go pick up her sibling. She is at work I don't know what that had to do with anything. The she told the older woman that she was only doing drive-thru. They where arguing about it in front if us and she took about 2 or 3 orders from drive-thru when I was standing there before any of the drive-thru orders we ended up leaving. It's was horrible customer service I will never be going there ever again that girl should be fired and go pick up her brother if she can't be at Work working I can't believe there were arguing about who was going to do there dam Job. Shift hour was 4 something."

"I was charged twice, for a meal from both forms of my payment because the female cashier said my payment didn't go through the first time, which it did. I would watch out for some of these workers trying to steal your money probably to pay for meal they ate and dont want to pay for. it's pretty lame that they're doing it around the holidays and the sad part is that they will soon be making $20 an hour yet have the audacity to steal from others how pathetic. And my meal was skimpy the chicken strips were just strips of the bread coating no chicken"

"This has to be the worst Popeyes ever!!! When they first opened up it was great. But it has been all downhill from there! 1. They never have any chicken 2. Always missing items from your order 3. I live less than a half mile away, and if I'm under the weather and I order delivery, the food is always cold 4. The employees are not a good fit for the establishment. They're not rude but not very helpful with anything. 5. On top of not having anything on the menu, it takes them FOREVER to get an order ready I won't be ordering from there anymore!!!"
