"Customer service was absolutely horrible. The gentleman who helped me through drive through was rude and not professional at all. He had a attitude and when I asked for sauces he gave me one ranch and one sweet and sour sauce when I had a big order. This place needs to work on teaching there drive through people respect and how to treat there customers and not treat them with a attitude."

"I always get good, accurate service here. But why is it so hard to see the menu online? It could be so much faster if I knew the names of everything I was ordering, and not making the people behind me wait while I try to read the menu. Stop making us do extra things... we're already paying for the food. Why can't we just get dinner?"

"I've been going to this locations for the past 2 years, and I love Jack, so I never really had the need to post a review, but I was mistreated today from this locations. While I was ordering the woman over the mic interrupted me and stopped taking my order, when I pulled up to the window I told the nice cashier that I wasn't finished ordering and she finished my order but when I got my food I found that 2 of the tacos I ordered were drenched in sauce to the point where it was leaking out of the little bag. The woman who took my order clearly was having a bad day but I don't appreciate that she took it out on me without reason. Regardless I'll still go to this location and hope she has a better day. Thanks Jack!"
