"I always, and I mean every single time enjoy my visit here. No matter what I chose to eat that day, or who I'm dining with, I always have a pleasant experience. I've not have an instance where.so.ething was prepared incorrectly, or I was mistreated, or had terrible service it's just always been the ideal dining experience for me. Might not be the same for every person, but in my experience they've always been consistently quick, hot, correct, friendly and attentive...all decent attributes in my opinion that make for a great experience!"
"We love Black bear Diner but don’t think we are ever coming here. Order through door dash and my daughters food tray had a spider. My 3year old was so upset couldn’t eat even homemade meal. Called spoke to manager and they apologized and gave the number to contact door dash for refund, they didn’t try to resolve issue. Terrible experience!"

"My wife ordered avocado toast and the avocado was spoiled/not edible. If you know you do not have fresh food do not serve it to you customers. She ordered it via uber eats so nit only did she have to wait but she was not able to eat the food or get immediate help."
