"Ordering with Roseanna at the drive thru was probably true nicest interaction I’ve ever had with someone in a fast food restaurant. Food came out hot and correct, we’re happy campers."

"I get that they were 45 minutes away from closing, but I have to say these were the worst fires I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration. Soggy, soft, lukewarm, stale, chewy, I could go on. Had to wait 10 minutes for my chicken so might as well have given me some fresh fries as well. To top it off they forgot one of my sides. No wonder there was no one in line on the drive-thru."
"Must say, I was slightly disappointed. I came in on a Monday morning (11am, just before the lunch rush), & ordered a large A4 (Chili Cheese Dog) meal, with a large chocolate shake. The shake was liquidy & not appetizing. The chili dog was lackluster- looked nothing like the menu picture, in fact it was more reminiscent of a 711 chili dog. I wasn't asked if my food was "for here or to go" so for my first visit to A&W I didn't get to try the fresh root beer or my shake from their signature "iced" mugs. The only saving grace was that the staff was polite & the root beer was amazing. Overall, not worth the hype."
