"It is a decent place to get food. But it is not a fast way to get food. With their new ordering system, they lose track of orders, and even simple orders made at the register can take better than 20 min. I am very disappointed. First they get rid of the Polish dog, and now they make ordering inefficient. Too bad."
"I called in to order 2 Pizza's for pick up at 11 a.m. I was told by the Manager that they weren't able to fulfill my request because "they had a lot of orders" and that I can pick it up at 10:30 a.m. I take the city bus and inst able to make it at the time she asked, I specifically requested for an hour out of my phone call to make sure I get there on time. How can you not ACCOMMODATE such a small order? I'm over it, but I want people to know that they REFUSE TO go with what time is convenient for you but make it convenient for them."
"It’s well-known that most items on you he menu taste great and are super cheap, but the service is pretty terrible. Either some of the order takers are mute and lacking some muscle co trip in their faces or they’d rather be anywhere else. Perhaps I’m getting what I’m paying for, but a “hello” should be standard anywhere, regardless of price. Let’s go Costco."
