Can Am Pizza

"On Dec. 28,2023, we were looking for Gluten Free pizza near Livermore. Nearest address was 922 Larkspur Dr Suite A1, Livermore, CA 94551. We were delighted to note that it was the Grand Opening day of Can Am Pizza at that location (see pic). We ordered two Gluten Free Pizza (we were told the crust was made from rice flour). At the recommendation of Ms. Ash we ordered one Tandoori Chicken Pizza and one Korean Chicken spicey pizza. Tandoori bites were so tender and tasty. Korean Chicken pizza was a little on the sweeter side. These were the most delicious pizzas we had in a while. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely come back when we are in the area and recommend this place to our friends (pizza lovers) and those who are also gluten intolerant. We came to know that this is the first Can Am Pizza location in northern California. We strongly recommend this friendly place. We go to many fusion pizza places and the best part is that unlike most of the other Indian fusion pizzas restaurants, Can Am Pizza had so many other items on their menu - like Salads, Wraps, Subs, Calzone, Gyros, Pastas and more. We will certainly try them next time."

"I tried this place for dinner and my family was not impressed. We got a pepperoni pizza, Italian supreme pizza, meat spaghetti and a garden salad. Both pizzas had a soggy bottom crust and neither had good flavor. They both taste a bit off, not sure what it is. My son will eat any pizza and took one bite and wouldn't touch it. I didn't enjoy either pizza myself. The spaghetti had a cheese covering and looked like lasagna. It also had a hint of flavor from what I would describe as butter chicken dish. Nobody in my family liked it. There is nothing really wrong with the food but if you are looking for traditional Italian / American pasta and pizza this isn't it. They do have a huge menu so maybe some of the other dishes are better? I have no idea how there is currently a perfect 5 star review with 25 reviews. The food I got tonight went uneaten by my family. The staff seemed friendly for what that's worth. Inside is pretty small and generic interior with a few tables."

"I wanted to try an East Indian Favorite Chicken Pizza, but I didn't know which one. I asked Damon what is the best. He recommended the butter chicken pizza. It is my new favorite! It was not heavy or greasy. Absolutely delicious!"
