"I love this location, but management has become extremely stingy on sauce. I'll get one sauce packet per item, and I ask for extra and they give me like 2 more. I'd be completely willing to pay for it too just to reduce waste but until then, GIVE ME THE SAUCE I WANT sheesh I use handfuls of it"

"I am NOT a happy camper. Went through the drive-thru with a migraine. Just to leave with a regular steak burrito supreme and not the grilled steak burrito that I ordered. The flour tortilla was stuck to the paper. Taco Bell used to be quality, delicious food, and my favorite. However, I have to always cross my fingers that it will be sufficient every time!!!"
"Went through the drive-thru to order a quick meal after a long day. When I was asked if I wanted hot sauce I said yes and asked for 10 if them. Of course, I didn't get it (hot sauce makes the meal). They even showed it in the screen. When I dug through my bag there wasn't even a receipt in there."
"BEWARE the website and App need a lot of HELP. Website constantly said error and App finally worked but using Order ahead does not work - Ordered large catering order ahead and they made it almost instantly. They were kind enough to offer to redo - I am solid with Tech selected the time correctly but I think fast food is fast enough - LOL. :-)"
