"You know that scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts walks into a shop on Rodeo Drive and is condemned as not a worthy customer by the staff? That was my experience in this Loft store today. Made to feel lile a criminal for my 45 day old return, that didnt have "security tags" sewn in. Sometimes it's not the end result, but the process in which it takes to get there that matters. I got my money, but not after being given the third degree. Very disappointed."
